Tips:

• Your CCOA Membership Number is required and can be found on the Membership Card you received when you joined or renewed your membership with the CCOA. You can also find your Member Number on your magazine mailing label.
• The Security Question / Answer is a security mechanism to ensure you are the rightful owner of an on-line account should you ever forget your user name / password. The security question and answer should be something only you would know. For example: QUESTION: What is your mother's maiden name? ANSWER: Hanson.
